ABOUT LYNSEY

 

I am a qualified, fully insured Clinical Hypnotherapist, Master Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, Advanced BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT)® Practitioner, OldPain2Go® Practitioner and mBIT Coach. I am also a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT), currently working as a Specialist OT in the NHS in a Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME Service.  I have worked in both NHS and Social Services settings for over 20 years treating and managing a wide range of both physical and emotional difficulties. 

 

I work in a very holistic and person centred way, and believe ultimately that each person is their own best expert.  As part of my therapy I use a wide range of skills to help unlock where you may have become stuck in how you are trying to resolve your difficulties and problems to then help you realise and work towards your true potential. My therapeutic skills and strategies include Hypnotherapy, NLP, BWRT®, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), the OldPain2Go® method, mBIT Coaching, Occupational Therapy and Mindfulness.  I am also a qualified Health Qi Gong practitioner.  

I strongly believe that there is no such thing as an unresourceful person, only an unresourceful state.  My key aim in treatment is to enable you to find that resourceful state so that YOU can pursue your dreams and goals and live more of the the life you love and love the life you live.
