FAQs

 

Q: How many sessions will I need?

A: The initial session is usually an hour and a half.  This is to enable me to take a full history to ensure that I plan and personalise your treatment to ensure its effectiveness over each session.  On average I would expect you to come for between 3-5 sessions, dependent on the problem. However, there is no set amount of sessions, it depends on how many you feel you need. The Weight Reduction/Management Programme offers over 8 sessions and Smoking Cessation, I offer a 1 x 2 hour session, this is all that is needed.

 

Q: Is there an age limit?

A: No, there are no age limits or restrictions. I treat people of all ages- children, adolesents and adults of any age. The treatment is suited and tailored to the individual.
